How do I place an order?▼
Right now we take orders directly on WhatsApp or Instagram. Share the item codes or screenshots of the designs you like, and we will confirm availability, price, and shipping.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?▼
We currently do not offer COD. All orders are prepaid. Once your order is confirmed, we will share secure payment options with you.
What is your shipping policy?▼
We ship across India and select international locations. Shipping timelines and charges may vary based on your pincode and order size. We will share an exact estimate when you confirm your order.
Can I return or exchange my order?▼
Since each piece is carefully packed and checked before dispatch, we currently accept returns or exchanges only for clearly damaged or incorrect items. Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.
Are the colors exactly as seen in photos?▼
We try our best to capture true colors in natural light. Slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings, but we do our best to keep photos as realistic as possible.
How should I care for my jewelry?▼
Keep your jewelry away from water and perfume. Store in a dry box or pouch after each use. Wipe gently with a soft cloth to keep the shine.
