  • Gram Glam offers one-gram gold-plated jewelry including earrings, necklaces, bangles, bracelets, black bead chains, and accessories.
  • Product images are as accurate as possible; minor colour variations due to screen settings or photography lighting are normal and do not constitute a defect.
  • We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice.

4. Ordering Process

  • Orders are placed directly through WhatsApp or Instagram.
  • Share item codes or screenshots of the pieces you wish to order.
  • We will confirm availability, pricing, and shipping charges before payment.
  • An order is confirmed only after payment is received in full.
  • All orders are prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or other methods shared at the time of order.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes levied by the destination country, which are the buyer's responsibility.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
  • To request a cancellation, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.
  • Once an order has been packed and handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded as per the Refund Policy below.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • Order cancelled before dispatch.
  • Item received is damaged or significantly different from what was ordered.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
  • To initiate a refund, contact us at gramglam.orders@gmail.com or WhatsApp with your order details and proof of issue.
  • Minor colour or finish variations that are normal in costume jewelry and photography do not qualify for a refund.

8. Shipping Policy

  • We ship across all of India and to select international locations including USA, UK, UAE, and more.
  • Shipping timelines depend on your location and order size, and will be shared at the time of order confirmation.
  • Once dispatched, tracking details will be provided wherever available.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
  • Risk of loss and title for items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

9. Returns & Exchanges

Each piece is carefully checked before dispatch. Returns or exchanges are accepted only for:

  • Clearly damaged items.
  • Wrong product received (different from what was ordered).
  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details.
  • Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement, store credit, or other resolution.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.

  • We collect personal information (name, address, phone number) only as needed to process and deliver your order.
  • This information is shared with shipping partners solely for order fulfillment and is not sold or rented to any third party.
  • By placing an order, you consent to us using your contact details for order-related communication.
  • We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data from unauthorised access.
